The Tennessee Department of Health has new rules for immunization requirements for those who attend child care, pre-school, school, and college, which became official on December 9, 2009. Most of the new requirements took effect on July 1, 2010. When registering for Newport Grammar School, parent(s) / guaridan(s) will need to submit the Official Immunization Certificate which is available upon request through your local health department / provider. All required immunizations are listed at:
